Our multifunctional broadcasting room
At the Québec City Convention Centre, we appreciate versatility more than anything! Are you looking for a well-thought-out physical location in which to host a hybrid or virtual event? Our multifunctional, ultra-versatile broadcasting room adapts to the projects you want to stage, with or without the presence of participants. Are you planning a talk show type of presentation? A connected general assembly? Live interviews? A product launch? A union meeting? Pre-registration for an upcoming event? All of these types of events, and more, are possible here. Treat yourself and come enjoy an extraordinary space in a safe and healthy environment!
A turnkey offer
We want to make life easier for you! As proof of this, our turnkey service is also flexible; we offer two plans at great prices: a full plan and a partial plan without LED video screens. We work with our partner, Encore; however, if you prefer to take advantage of our facilities using a supplier of your choice, you can! Tell us about it and we’ll adjust our plans accordingly!

A versatile broadcasting space
The broadcasting platform is located in one of the four sections of our multipurpose room, whose total floor space is 25,000 square feet that can be partitioned by three dividing walls. Our flagship room can therefore be opened and enlarged 1, 2, 3 times to accommodate up to 250 participants while respecting the 2-meter distancing requirement! The event that you had planned in virtual mode only may become a face-to-face event, or a mix of the two formats. Our broadcasting room can adapt to your changing needs!
Customizable layout
Designed in partnership with Encore, our broadcasting room includes a huge stage, a stellar decor, LED screen areas, a lighting and sound system, the latest in technology—and everything you’ll need for your dream event. The best part is that the layout is flexible according to your needs and the type of gathering. If you don’t want to use the LED screens, then no problem, we’ll put up a curtain wall. Would you like to use the stage and technical services, without the webcast, for a face-to-face event or to make video recordings? Everything is possible! We are very flexible!
