December 8, 2015, more than 900 stakeholders from Québec’s pork industry will meet at the Québec City Convention Centre and the Hilton Québec for the 2nd edition of the Pork Show. 

The event is held during Québec’s Pork Week, December 5 to 13, 2015. Twenty Québec City restaurants will feature pork on their menu. 

Executive Chef at the Convention Centre, Gérard Michel, and his culinary brigade will feature pork during a cocktail reception on December 7 and a lunch on December 8.
