Ms. Renée Frappier, professor, speaker, and co-founder and president of the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert 2017 trade show, held each March in Québec City and Montreal, explains to Québec City Business Destination her main strategies for driving attendees to events that cater to the general public.
