Capital HRS becomes Maestro Culinaire

Food and Beverage Press releases

Same passionate team, same exceptional quality! Capital HRS, exclusive food service partner of the Québec City Convention Centre since its opening in 1996, officially becomes Maestro Culinaire. This impetus for change and renewal comes with a brand-new image, a completely revamped menu and a brand-new website.

Maestro Culinaire is now proudly rooted in its values, inspired by the rich culture of Québec and its love of the local terroir. This passion is reflected not only in a meticulous selection of regional products and close collaboration with local producers but also in a commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly food services.

They will continue to provide visitors and event organizers with the most creative and sophisticated culinary experience. The new name, Maestro Culinaire, is inspired by the dedication of its employees to perfection.

“We are uniting our love for local cuisine, the incomparable devotion of our team, and our commitment to sustainability under our name, Maestro Culinaire. This is the very essence of the mission that we have been carrying out for 30 years, and it is now reflected in our image,” says Steve Tsatas, President of Maestro Culinaire.
