Mr. Saeid Homayouni, Associate Professor, and Ms. Monique Bernier, Honorary Professor, at the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), Center for Water, Land and the Environment (ETE), and members of Québec City’s Ambassadors’ Club, are the two leaders behind the hosting and organization of this scientific conference. These researchers, known for their work in the field of remote sensing in agricultural and northern environments, will promote the conference during the 9th virtual edition, which will take place from July 26 to 29, 2021. Throughout the bid process, these ambassadors were assisted by Ms. Marie-Elaine Lemieux, Sales Manager on the American and international market at the Québec City Convention Centre.
