Events Sustainability

The Québec City Convention Centre and its exclusive food and beverage partner, Capital HRS, donated 356 kg of food to regional charities, including the Brissette family and the Maison de Lauberivière.

The donation was made possible thanks to the Dietitians of Canada National Conference 2015. The more than 50 exhibitors present at the event left perishable and non perishable food items following the event held from June 4 to 6.

The Québec City Convention Centre and Capital HRS donate close to 300 kg of food surpluses each month to regional charitable organizations.
