The Convention Centre gets into the Holiday spirit

Events Food and Beverage

The Québec City Convention Centre has been immersed in Christmas since December 1. Until December 17, nearly 10,000 will celebrate the Holidays at the Convention Centre with festive evenings organized by SonecPro.

Culinary delights

Capital HRS, the exclusive food and beverage partner at the Convention Centre will double up its efforts to prepare and serve 10,000 meals during these themed evenings. The high point of Capital HRS’ culinary prowess will take place on Friday, December 16, during which 3,600 meals will be served to two groups celebrating Christmas.

A delicious feast

The Holiday menu will include: sliced beets and feta crumbles with a honey and green apple dressing, a smoked salmon mousseline with fresh herbs and paprika zucchini, blinis with an orange and saffron emulsion, a parsnip potage drizzled with basil tomatoes, a tender beef filet with green peppercorns and drizzled in a champagne jus, and a duck leg stuffed with orange caramel, butternut squash, sweet peppers, honey and ginger. For dessert: a Christmas baladin, made with a chocolate mousseline and griottine marmalade.
