The 2nd edition of the Exquisite Evening, organized by the Tel-jeunes Foundation, was held on April 4, 2024 at the Québec City Convention Centre. This charitable event raised $275,000 to support Tel-jeunes’ mission to help teenagers in Québec.

“What a success for this 2nd edition of the Exquisite Evening! A magnificent sum of $275,000 was raised during the event, which will allow Tel-jeunes to continue to support young Quebecers as they face the challenges and opportunities of adolescence. Our sincere thanks go to our loyal presenter Metro, as well as to our honorary co-chairs, Martin Lizotte of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Julien Genevée of Deloitte. A big thank you also to the Québec City Convention Centre and Maestro Culinaire for their hospitality, and to all the partners involved,” said Ms. Céline Muloin, President and CEO of the Tel-jeunes Foundation.

The Québec City Convention Centre’s contribution to the Exquisite Evening 2024

Thanks to its long-standing collaboration with the renowned Club des Chefs des chefs, the Québec City Convention Centre and its exclusive food service partner, Maestro Culinaire, helped to secure the participation of Chef Massimo Sprega, chef to the President of the Italian Republic. Each year, the Club’s chefs explore the gastronomy of a different country through activities and charity dinners. They are considered ambassadors of gastro-diplomacy.

At the Québec City Convention Centre, giving back to the community and supporting the activities of local charities has always been part of the team’s values. They were delighted to be able to use their resources and contacts for the cause.
