Economic Impact Events

From September 2017 through year’s end, the Québec City Convention Centre will play host to a non-stop stream of conferences, trade shows, meetings, and banquets. In all, over 40,000 delegates and visitors will attend one of fifty events on tap at the Convention Centre during the 2017 fall season. All these guests will make a significant contribution to the city’s tourism sector, generating 51,000 person-nights at local hotels and an estimated $25 million in economic activity.
