The Québec City Convention Centre and its exclusive food service partner, Maestro Culinaire, are pleased to announce the appointment of Cédric St-Pierre as their new Executive Chef.
A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), Chef St-Pierre first came to public attention on the TV show Les chefs! (2015), where he reached the semi-finals.
