The Québec City Convention Centre and its exclusive food service partner, Maestro Culinaire, are pleased to announce the appointment of Cédric St-Pierre as their new Executive Chef.

A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), Chef St-Pierre first came to public attention on the TV show Les chefs! (2015), where he reached the semi-finals.

He went on to lead the kitchens of several prestigious establishments in Montréal and the Laurentians, including Hôtel Place d’Armes (Terrasse Place d’Armes, banquets, Brasserie 701, Kyo Bar Japonais), Club privé 357C, and Estérel Resort.
