As a graduate in Convention Management from Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, and then in Meeting and Destinations Management in 1993 from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Jocelyn worked for 10 years as a buyer for a travel wholesaler before joining the ranks of the Québec City Convention Centre in 2003. Born in a small farming village in the Montérégie region, he grew up on an orchard and has called Québec City home for the past 20 years.
His anything-but-conventional side: Jocelyn takes his work very seriously, without taking himself too seriously! His sense of humour is well known…as is his difficulty remembering names (oops!)
