  • Who is responsible for the verification of the proof of vaccination?

    It is the responsibility of the event organizer to verify the proof of vaccination of their participants. The Québec City Convention Centre and its team can provide additional employees and equipment ($).

  • Who must present the proof of vaccination?

    In general, all conference participants are required to present their proof of vaccination (some exceptions apply). For more information, contact your event coordinator.

  • What type of event can we organize?

    As of October 8, 2021, the Québec City Convention Centre can host any type of business event, as well as dinner-shows, recognition activities or public exhibitions.

  • What is the limit to the number of participants for an event?

    As of October 8, 2021, there is no participant limit for the events. However, participants will be required to wear a mask at all times, even when seated. For an event with 250 people or less, if the physical distance of 1 meter is respected, the the mask can be removed once participants are seated.

  • What types of food services are available?

    All food services are available and we will be happy to prepare everything with you according to your needs.

  • Can alcohol be served during events?

    Yes, our food and beverage partner can serve alcohol. However, your participants will need to remain seated to enjoy their drinks.

  • What measures are in place during events?

    The Québec City Convention Centre has put in place a detailed sanitary and health measures plan that applies to both visitors and staff. It includes, among other things, distancing, proof of vaccination, mask wearing and housekeeping. You can consult the complete plan here.
