Attending an Event: Measures in Place

Welcome to the Québec City Convention Centre! It is a pleasure to welcome you for an event. We have put in place measures to ensure the health and safety of everyone, including our valued team.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to show proof of vaccination to attend an event?

    If you are attending a convention, conference, banquet or show, you must present a proof of vaccination. For all other types of events, we recommend that you check with the organizer of your event.

  • Do I need to wear a mask?

    You must wear a mask or face covering when you walking aournd the Québec City Convention Centre. If you are attending an event of 250 people or less, the physical distance of 1 meter will be respected between seats. You can remove your mask once you are seated. You can also remove your mask when eating or drinking.

  • If I attend an event with my children, are they required to have show a proof of vaccination and wear a mask?

    Everybody over 13 years of age must present their proof of vaccination to enter the Québec City Convention Centre, while the mask must be worn by everybody over 10 years of age.

  • What measures are in place during events?

    The Québec City Convention Centre has put in place a detailed sanitary and health measures plan that applies to both visitors and staff. It includes, among other things, distancing, proof of vaccination, mask wearing and housekeeping. You can consult the complete plan here.
