Capital HRS, the Québec City Convention Centre’s food and beverage exclusive partner, is proud to welcome two new recruits.
Mr. Michel Walters joins the team as Director of Sales. With more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Walters will work with the team in place to develop products and services, all to enhance customer experience.
Next up, Mr. Pierre Lepage, Second Cook, joins Chef Gérard Michel’s culinary brigade. Mr. Lepage arrives straight from the great Canadian North. Having gained some 20 years of experience, Mr. Lepage last worked in Yellowknife and the Northwest Territories in Canada. He will surely bring a breath a fresh air to the team!
