A New Distinctive Uniform for the Customer Experience Team

Press releases

At the beginning of April 2023, the Québec City Convention Centre’s customer experience team started wearing brand-new uniforms. For this creative project, the mandate to design and fabricate the uniforms was entrusted to the corporate division of Tristan Canada

The old uniforms date back to 2017, so a breath of fresh air for 2023 was in order. It was also a great opportunity to make a few improvements to the outfit: a more comfortable and resistant fabric for physical work, a wider choice of cuts to match all body types, and a colour that is easier to spot for customers.

The Québec company Tristan also dresses the staff of other well-known organizations, including the Québec National Assembly, the Bell Centre, ALT Hotels and several Desjardins credit unions. The staff of Capital HRS, the exclusive food service partner of the Québec City Convention Centre, also acquired new uniforms at the same time.

For the good of the planet

In keeping with the Convention Centre’s sustainability best practices, the entire team is pleased to have collaborated with Tristan Canada, as all the suits and uniforms for the corporate division are made in Québec. The company is proud to encourage local and sustainable production, which sets it apart from other competitors. As for the old uniforms, they will be given a second life as they will be donated to a local NPO that promotes mutual aid and recycling.
