1. Early-bird discount
Order your services before the cut-off date and get a 20% discount. Some services may not be available if requested onsite.
2. Additional work
Any additional work relative to the services ordered is payable onsite. Payment is by credit card only.
3. Damage and breakage
The client is responsible for any and all materials rented or borrowed during the event (set-up and take-down included). Damaged, broken, or stolen materials will be billed to the client.
Complaints regarding broken or malfunctioning equipment must be reported to a Québec City Convention Centre representative as soon as the problem is detected. For any claims, a detailed written report must be submitted no later than 10 days after the close of the event.
Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the installation date will not be refunded.
5. Price change
Prices may be changed without notice.
