Included with service:

• Floor cleaned with vacuum cleaner or mop, as needed.
• Countertop/tabletop dusted (surface must be unencumbered).
• Waste and recycling bins emptied.

This service is mandatory and is only available through the Québec City Convention Centre.

Exhibitor materials received prior to the receiving date are subject to a storage fee. This service is NOT included in your shipping agreement.

In assessing your handling and storage needs, please consider all of the following steps:

• Unloading your materials in the unloading area
• Transferring your materials from the unloading area to your booth
• Transferring empty containers from your booth to the storage area
• Transferring empty containers from the storage area to your booth
• Moving your materials from your booth to the loading area
• Loading your materials in the loading area

These services are only available through the Québec City Convention Centre.

• Unless otherwise indicated, outlets are positioned at the back of the booth or wherever is most appropriate.
• For booths larger than 20′ x 20′, please download in the last step of the order form the location a plan where the outlet should be installed and the position of adjacent booths.
• Any overhead wiring is subject to additional fees.
• Labour and materials to connect devices without spec sheets will be billed.
• Paid services cannot be shared with other exhibitors.
• The Québec City Convention Centre does not offer flat wires.
• For wiring inside your booth or under your floor covering, please see the service provider for your event.
