Forum national sur les plans régionaux des milieux humides et hydriques
On February 21 and 22, 2023, the Québec City Convention Centre welcomes the Forum national sur les plans régionaux des milieux humides et hydriques, presented by the Conseil régional de l’environnement du Centre-du-Québec.
The regional wetland and water plans (RWHMP) are territory planning tools aiming to identify and foresee the conservation of wetlands and water areas in the different MRCs of Québec. They are then implemented in an integrated watershed management perspective, with the aim of identifying wetlands and water bodies as well as the problems that may affect them.
This 2nd edition of the Forum brings together municipal authorities and their partners and aims to equip them to implement actions that will ensure the conservation of wetlands and water bodies in their respective territories.
