The Canadian Collaborative Mental Health Care Conference promotes collaborative and integrated practice of mental health care in Canadian primary and community care settings. It is dedicated to health care providers/administrators, caregivers, policy makers and researchers or students in the field of mental health and/or substance use challenges.
The theme of this 23rd edition is “Collaborating to create new pathways towards recovery, empowerment and social inclusion”. It aims to recognize the importance of promoting social inclusion and equity for people living with mental health and/or substance use challenges, cultivating and empowering communities, and addressing the social determinants of health and well-being.
