From August 20 to 24, 2023, the Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre hosted the 16th<\/sup> edition of the International Congress of Neuroimmunology<\/a>, generating impressive intellectual and economic spin-offs for Qu\u00e9bec City.

Dr. Luc Valli\u00e8res<\/a>, Professor of Molecular Medicine at Universit\u00e9 Laval, served as president of the organizing committee for this major event of the International Society of Neuroimmunology (ISNI). Dr. Valli\u00e8res’ involvement and dedication, along with the support of the Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre and Qu\u00e9bec City’s Ambassadors’ Club<\/a> teams, were instrumental in attracting this congress to Qu\u00e9bec City, bringing together over 660 participants from around the world.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The event alone generated $1.5 million in economic benefits for the Qu\u00e9bec City region, while also advancing knowledge and technology in the field of neuroimmunology and life sciences.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
