Early-bird discount<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Order your services before the cut-off date and get a 20% discount. Some services may not be available if requested onsite.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Additional work<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Any additional work relative to the services ordered is payable onsite. Payment is by credit card only.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Damage and breakage<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The client is responsible for any and all materials rented or borrowed during the event (set-up and take-down included). Damaged, broken, or stolen materials will be billed to the client.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Complaints regarding broken or malfunctioning equipment must be reported to a Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre representative as soon as the problem is detected. For any claims, a detailed written report must be submitted no later than 10 days after the close of the event.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refunds<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the installation date will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Price change<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Prices may be changed without
