class=\"container\">\n<p>Personal information held by SCCQ is kept in personal information files as per Section 76 of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Files accessible as per Section 4, Subsection 1, Paragraph 5 of the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information include:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-list accidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-hospital medical treatment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Action logging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Information Release Register<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Under Section 67.3 of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, SCCQ must record in a register any release of personal information.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-list component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul
