Service is expected to begin in 2033. Led by the Ville de Qu\u00e9bec in partnership with CDPQ Infra, preparatory work and construction will take place over several years, beginning in Spring 2026. Some traffic disruptions and changes to RTC bus routes are planned throughout the city. Many attractions, hotels, shops and restaurants can be found there. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qu\u00e9bec City has plenty of equipment and facilities to accommodate cyclists: safe bike paths, plenty of self-service bike racks, ramps on public stairways, bike rental service, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-list component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtcquebec.ca\/en\/avelo\">\u00e0V\u00e9lo<\/a> bike-sharing service is an initiative of the RTC and lets you borrow e-bikes for your short trips around the city from spring to fall. Stations are located near the Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carpooling<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph component-no-padding \" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Drivers planning their trips to the Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre can advertise their trip on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ridesharing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ridesharing.com<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/evenement.allons.ca\/carpool-event?eventId=zOfMaDLNHIEFTehUPNPw&amp;theme=light\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">greenplay.social<\/a> to accommodate passengers looking for sustainable transportation.
