The Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Natacha Jean as Chair of its Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

The Executive Council of Qu\u00e9bec (Conseil des ministres<\/em>) made the appointment on February 25, 2026. This marks the first time a woman has been named Chair of the Board of Directors of the Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre’s corporation (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Centre des congr\u00e8s de Qu\u00e9bec<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

With more than 20 years of experience implementing strategic plans in the fields of economic development, entrepreneurship, and education, Ms. Jean brings an innovative vision that will benefit the organization.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

\u201cThis appointment reflects our commitment to promoting diverse and inspiring leadership. Following a rigorous selection process, Ms. Jean distinguished herself through her strategic vision, her ability to build effective bridges between the public and private sectors, and her capacity to develop sustainable partnerships. I would also like to acknowledge the work of Mr. Alain Aubut, who has served as Chair of the Board since October 2020. His commitment and leadership have significantly contributed to the positioning and development of the Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre. We sincerely thank him for his valuable contribution,\u201d said Ms. Am\u00e9lie Dionne, Minister of Tourism and Minister Responsible for the Bas-Saint-Laurent region and the Gasp\u00e9sie\u2013\u00celes-de-la-Madeleine region.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

Known for her leadership and her results-driven, collaborative approach, Ms.\u00a0Jean has led several emerging provincial organizations, including Lab-\u00c9cole<\/a> and D\u00e9fi OSEntreprendre<\/a>. She currently contributes to the growth and positioning of Micrologic<\/a>, a Qu\u00e9bec City-based company specializing in digital and cloud solutions.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n
