The Qu\u00e9bec City Convention Centre and its exclusive food service partner, Maestro Culinaire<\/a>, are pleased to announce the appointment of C\u00e9dric St-Pierre as their new Executive Chef.

A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d\u2019h\u00f4tellerie du Qu\u00e9bec (ITHQ), Chef St-Pierre first came to public attention on the TV show Les chefs!<\/em> (2015), where he reached the semi-finals.

He went on to lead the kitchens of several prestigious establishments in Montr\u00e9al and the Laurentians, including H\u00f4tel Place d\u2019Armes (Terrasse Place d\u2019Armes, banquets, Brasserie 701, Kyo Bar Japonais), Club priv\u00e9 357C, and Est\u00e9rel Resort.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
