Also holder of the NSERC Industrial Research Chair in Heavy Load, Climate and Pavement Interaction (i3C) at Universit\u00e9 Laval, Professor Dor\u00e9 is internationally recognized for his work on pavement engineering in cold regions. In addition to his professional activities, this scientist in the<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/cercledesambassadeurs.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Qu\u00e9bec City
